OUR STORY

Generation Darts was founded in 2023 by James and his son, Sammy — a proud father-and-son team united by a shared love of the game.

Sammy who is fitted with a VP shunt to treat his diagnosed Hydrocephalus was unable to play traditional field sports and instead discovered darts.

It opened a whole new world of competition, confidence and team spirit that Sammy had never felt before. Together, James and Sammy turned that passion into purpose — creating an academy built on inclusivity, opportunity, and the belief that everyone deserves a place on the oche.

From those early days, Generation Darts has grown rapidly, becoming a vibrant hub for young players across the South East of England. What began as a small idea has evolved into a thriving academy known for its energy, professionalism, and heart.

FROM COMMUNITY SPIRIT TO CHAMPIONSHIP GLORY

We now proudly compete in the Havering Men’s League every Tuesday, fielding both A and B teams, while also taking our skills to the national stage through the JDC National Tour, where our players have competed among the very best in youth darts.

And in 2025, we reached an incredible milestone — the launch of our very own elite competition, The Beast League, featuring European and World champions and a £2,500 prize fund. It’s a bold step that shows just how far our journey has come.

Beyond the matches and trophies, Generation Darts represents something bigger:
